Sinigang: by Marie Aubrey J. Villaceran

It rouses the senses because of the sourness and slight spice.

The story revolves around with Liza and her Tita Loleng talking about what happened in the funeral of her half brother while cooking sinigang.

Moral Values:

In every story there is a moral lesson or values, just like the story of Sinigang. The moral values that i have learned is we cannot change what we did in the past, we cannot change the mistakes of everyone. We need just have to accept and claim it, because everyone can make a mistakes, because not everyone is perfect. We all have to do is to forgive and forget. All of that we can live a better life with no worries, and without holding grudges to anyone.

Impact:

As a 21st Century learner, my impact to this story is, if God knows how to forgive our sins, no matter how serious. As for human beings we must also know how to forgive sin. Let us receive them again with all our heart and the confidence to repent. But if they still repeat their former habits, let us learn what they really are, because i believed in saying “Tell a lie once, and all your truth become questionable”.

Thank you for reading! And i hope you all get my point on this.
